...and I think my body really likes maintenance calories. I'm HUNGRY! (I can't believe I every lived off of 1200 calories!!) Too bad I still need to lose 17 lbs. :grumble: Okay, so if I create a tinier deficit of say... 50 calories a day... I can be at my goal weight in 3.26 years. That's not so bad, right? :glasses:

Love it!!! Me too! My cut calories are at 2200, and just bumped up to maintenance for 2 weeks. It is alot of food!!!0 -
I hear ya .... I couldn't eat less than this every again i am sure ... but i reckon just like your body got used to low cal and maintenance it will get used to your cut ... just takes time :flowerforyou:0

dude, this is why i am scared to eat at TDEE. all because i know at some point i will need to cut back again, and I DON'T WANT TO!!!
i just know my body is going to be tripping over itself happy to be eating more and cutting will be hard. seriously, i am barely managing my cut now because i'm always hungry. going up is awesome but the going back down later scares me, lol.
