I think mine are. Was researching this and it seems to increase with age. Does anyone know more about this? How to help it get better?

There is an organization called women to women -- google them -- they sell supplements and also have a lot of online info. They talk about adrenal exhaustion.0

P.S., I haven't actually used any of their supplements so I can't personally vouch for them...0

Thank you! I will look into them.0

Another source is Menopause Relief Today, I have used them personally for menopause supplements and "Adrenal Essence", which may be what you're looking for.0
