What equipment would I need? How often would I need to do it and how many minutes are the routines?
I have resistance bands that I had bought for DH to do p90x with but he never got around to using them. I struggle through my last rep, but I never feel sore the next day. I can tell I'm gaining strength in my biceps definitely. And some days I can feel it in my back. Since starting a few weeks ago I have raised my weights for squats and deadlifts with the bands. I'm not strong but I lift what I can (which is near pathetic for my shoulders)
Would dumbbells be better? Could I do NROLFW with something like this?

There's an MFP group for NROLFW http://www.myfitnesspal.com/groups/home/102-new-rules-of-lifting-for-women-nrol4w There should be some information there.0

For the first stage, I'm using all dumbbells (no barbell).
I think there will come a point where my grip will no longer handle the load, and I may max out on the dumbells. But at least it's a start0 -

The routine takes me about 30-45 minutes to complete.0
