Eating more to weigh less is about finding your personal healthy cut value- so you can live life, fuel your workouts and body transformation and stop (or avoid) low calorie dieting which ends up being a dangerous spiral downward.

If we eat too little- then we lose muscle mass and our BMR decreases. Making us have to eat less and less to keep trying to lose.

Eat more to weigh less is about slower, sustainable, weight loss through eating enough to fuel our workouts and lives.

Find your TDEE (what you burn in a day) and take 15% off that. Eat the remaining 85%, and enjoy the benefits of having a metabolism that works.

Doesn't matter what your exercise level, body fat percentage or age- this is just about math and having a life while losing weight in a healthy manner.
    Hope that helps :)
