Salmon Sage Scramble:

1 2.5 oz of Chicken of the Sea Salmon (or cooked salmon filet mushed)
1 tbsp chopped onions
2 eggs
1 slice of cheddar (optional)
Salt, Pepper, Sage
butter/olive oil for the pan

Instructions:

Add to the pan in this order: oil, onions, salmon, eggs, salt, pepper, sage, cheese.

Enjoy!
