Hi new to the group! :)

Hello. I just recently started using MFP and I am really liking it. I basically hate logging calories and such because it gets so tedious and time consuming. I found this and wish I would have discovered how easy it was sooner. I have the app on my phone so I can log where ever I am.

Anyway a little bit about me. I was banded on March 21, 2011. I have since lost 75 lbs. I have never felt better. I exercise 5 days a week and I try to make the best food choices that I can. Sometimes it gets hard. I get head hungry...I wonder if that will ever go away....I enrolled in classes back in March to become a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Specialist. This journey has given me such a passion for exercise that I want to share it with anyone that is willing to do it. I plan to specialize in Bariatric Patients.

I still have about 25lbs to lose if not a little more, The closer I get to goal the harder it is to lose but I keep on moving because eventually I know I will get where I need to be.
