is this an active group?
I'm new to mfp..and just joined this group. My husband and I were banded Oct 2008. We both lost about 80 pounds but have gained about half of that back. We are going through 'laband rehab' lol...getting back on track and using the tool we have.
New to the group
Hey folks! I'm new to the group, but not new to MFP. I had my lapband surgery August 28th of last year. I have lost around 70 lbs. This has been a new lease on life. I can't say that I regret not doing it sooner as I think all things happen in its own time and for its own reasons. Life is so good now though! I love working…
MUST Post to stay on track
 It IS a fact!!!!
New and My introduction
Hi. I joined this group because I have been struggling lately with my band and depression and thought this might be a good place to start. My story: I was banded 4 years ago. Lost 70 lbs. FIRST FILL !!!!!!!!!!!
I'm getting my first fill today. I've been off track for about two weeks when I discovered that I could eat real food and not have any restriction and I'm frustrated! Everyone says my first fill won't be very effective, that it's the second or third fill that takes you to your sweet spot. Anyone have any advice?
