Hello!
I am trying to set up a weight lifting program on this website. You can sign up for free and make workouts. Is anyone on this? You can access others workouts if they are on the site too. Just thought I would see if there are others who are using it and would want to be "friends" to share workouts. Thanks! :-)

I use bodybuilding.com! they just redid the whole workout entry system and I do not know if you can share them with other users. My username is the same as on here 'rmhand' feel free to add me.0
