Just curious about weight gain while lifting. How much can you gain in water weight from day to day? For example eating at a deficit most of the week. Did two training sessions on Tues and Wednesday and up today by 2 lbs? Is this pretty normal especially if you don't have a rest day. Tuesday was like a work out of the day (body weight exercises) and Wednesday was with actual weights. According to HRM burned about the same amount of calories.

Id say that sounds about normal....also on top of that it could be normal body fluctuation. Also compacted by eating more carbs than normal as the body stores Glycogen.0

I have gained 4 or 5 after a tough workout or two.0

That is definitely normal for me. I am often up between 1 and 3 lbs the day after lifting and sometimes it takes a few days to go down.0
