Aiming for 185

Gives me my BMR as as 1985, but my Katch-McCardle as 1764.

Activity Level Daily Calories
Sedentary (little or no exercise, desk job) 2292
Lightly Active (light exercise/sports 1-3 days/wk) 2626
Moderately Active (moderate exercise/sports 3-5 days/wk) 2961
Very Active (hard exercise/sports 6-7 days/wk) 3295
Extremely Active (hard daily exercise/sports & physical job or 2X day training, i.e marathon, contest etc.) 3629

That's what I have for my activity chart for my TDEE? If I consider myself lightly active in general, I should aim to eat 10% less than 2626? Plus my exercise calories?

Or have I mucked up somewhere?

Great group, thank you all in advance.

You're close...eat the 2363 every day and do not eat back any exercise calories UNLESS it brings you to a net below your bmr.
