A reflection....

Just looking back on the past 2 weeks I've realized how much this new lifestyle is working!! I lost 2" in thigh, 1" in calf, 1" in hips, 2" in waist, 2" in chest, .5" in neck and 4 pounds! For the amount of time I'm working out and the calories I'm burning, I was hoping the scale would magically show a smaller number, but when I also record other measurements, that's where I see the progress.
