Confussed and need advise on calories in

So I've been a little but up and down with my calories. Trying to find a good range to be in so I can start seeing the scale move in the downward direction. I am 5' 4" weigh 154 and I'm 39 years old and I've had 2 children one who is almost 8 and the other who will be 5 in August. I do carry some pretty good muscle on my body but there is a layer of fat covering it. I would like to be in the 135 range but even if the scale doens't move I'd like to just see my layer of fat gone. I just don't know if I should be following the recommendation that MFP calculates for me or if I should up my calories? I was attending a weight lifting class 3 days a week where I would burn roughly 400 to 500 calories during that hour session. But now with summer for the month of June it will only be 2 days a week. Granted I will need to work in some workouts on my own too but just looking for some advice on a calorie range that I should be consuming? Thanks for any advice

Check out the stickies at the beginning of this board. There are also a few videos that may help you decide how to proceed.
I look at two calculators to determine TDEE and BMR - http://www.fat2fitradio.com/tools/bmr/ and http://scoobysworkshop.com/calorie-calculator/
Hope this helps.0
