Rest Week. What to do....

I'm want to do weight watchers for my rest week after stage 1, to lose a few lbs. Also thinking of doing a few ChaLean workouts. I just don't want to be totally unproductive!! Good idea?

    Sounds good to me! Do whatever you want as long as it's not heavy weigths-you can even do deads and squats, but cut down the weight.

    Yeah, I'm going to make mine a yoga week. I'm looking forward to it, even though it's like 200 years away. :)

    I'm planning to hit the cardio in my rest week (when I finally get to it) hopefully it will help burn off a bit more bodyfat before stage 2.
