For week ten beginning on 5/28/2012 we are going to do our workout minutes challenge. Since last time everyone killed the 150mins goal....this time we will up the goal to 200 minutes. Remember you minutes are totalled throughout the entire week and you can cuont running, walking, hiking, swimming, biking, workout DVDs, gym. ect (basically any type of purposeful exercise)
