week repeater?

Is there anyone else out there who routinely repeats weeks? I have found that 1 week (3 days running / week) never feels like enough time. I've done C25k about 6 times (that's a different story, I'll fill you in if anyone's interested), and it never fails that when I try to switch weeks on the 4th run, it always goes badly. It never seemed to matter which week it was...2nd week, 6th week...always the same.
Perhaps my CV system is just slow to change? Or maybe the program assumes a baseline level of CV fitness that I simply do not possess?

This time around, I am just planning repeats into my schedule. I'm spending between 1.5- 2 weeks on each C25k week. I'm currently 1 week into week 2. About to start my 2nd week in week 2...

I plan to keep repeating w1d3 until I can jog all the way through the jogging parts. I think eventually it will happen, but if it doesn't I'm still getting a good workout judging by all the gasping and wheezing going on.0

I did week 5 day 1 then was on holiday and couldn't do the rest so restarted the next week. I'm also now repeating week 6 as I didn't manage day 3 last week. I just repeat any time I don't make it through - in no rush to get to the end!0
