200 cals a day extra = 1lb loss!

So I upped my cals to 1300 / 1400 a day this week (and I think I've eated way over that this sat / sun) and this morning I had lost 1lb! So awesome!

Cant wait to start throwing exercise back into the mix now and eating even more.

    I'm thinking of upping mine from 1200 to about 1350-1385 calories a day .. I gotta check out all my numbers again before I do, but I'm ready to try something new !

    try it! I dont have a lot of wiggle room but over the week its mean Ive eated 1285 cals a day which takes me above BMR which really seems to be the major key.

    This is great.

    My BMR atm is 1220 and my cut is 1450. I was eating 1200 calories, sometimes less (not on purpose though). Now I raised my calorie to 1400, in a couple of weeks, I may rise to my cut, 1450.

    I also, changed my protein, fat and carbs macro goals.

    Im excited to be able to eat more, even if it is not as much as some others get away with.

    But I we get more active, we can recalculate and increase as needed. :)
