I just bought the Kindle version of the book and am having trouble seeing the basic charts. While I don't mind recreating them some way, I can't tell what it says. Does anyone have a PDF of the basic food/exercise chart?

    Hi there. Sorry they are not showing well on Kindle I will let the publisher know seeing your post I'm figuring your done or just about done by now. I will put that on this list of things to add to the website for others like yourself. How did the plan work for you?
