Reducing Cardio-change in Activity?

I know there have been questions about activity before, and I am sorry to bother you again
So I have been doing Insanity for the past month 6 times a week
Recently I started to add in ChaLean Extreme 3 times a week and cut out 3 times of Insanity
So I am wondering if my activity level changes with it? Beside that I am a mom of three, taking care of a house with garden and doing the usual things people do. I would not say I am sedentary lol.
In my first calculations I used 5-6 hours of strenuous workout, but maybe I should use moderate instead now

Nope I think you should DEFINITELY be at the strenuous. I do almost as much as you and thats where I am with Lucia's help. I think Kiki too but i remember Lucia asking why I was only at the 3-5 days with what I was doing. STAY RIGHT WHERE YOU ARE AT.0
