Week 5 Challenge

There are not too many of us posting about the rep challenge so I am not going to post an updated one this week. Here is my plan below:
Tuesday - (after walking Jesse of course)
100 seated miliary press (4 sets of 25 with 3lb weights)
100 sit ups (5 sets of 20)
100 jumping jacks (4 sets of 25)
Wednesday - (after walking Jesse of course)
50 mountain climbers (5 sets of 10)
50 calf raises
50 sit ups (5 sets of 10 - alternate with side crunches)
Thursday - (after walking Jesse of course)
25 dumbbell swings with 15lb weight
25 burpees
25 sit ups
Friday - (after walking Jesse of course)
100 seated miliary press (4 sets of 25 with 3lb weights)
100 sit ups (5 sets of 20)
100 jumping jacks (4 sets of 25)
Saturday/Sunday - (depends on when the hubby gets his new running shoes)
Walk/Jog with Jesse for about an hour then come home and die
*My walks with Jesse average about 25-30 minutes

Banged out Tuesday's reps however did not take the dog walking. The hubby took her while I was doing the reps. It was raining and he wanted to take her between showers. There is always tomorrow.

Ended up doing 50 kegels/50 sit ups/30 mountain climbers after walking Jesse. My legs were screaming and could not do the last 20. I felt good about it though.0

Ok, I am back :-) my 5 weeks of hectic are gone. Logging again and trained today. Feels great! I will be in for the weekly challenges now :-)0

Report for today - 25 sit ups/25 dumbbell swings with 15lb weights
I was going to do 25 burpees but my body is sore as you know what. I did walk Jesse before my reps so I feel good about the work I put in today. I think I am going to rest tomorrow and see what I can do this weekend.0
