Re-bloat?

I had a long weekend on the road (5 days) and I couldn't eat my recommended calories. When I did eat it wasn't the best quality food. Is there such a thing as re-bloating? It would explain my meat fingers (super swollen) and side bulge. Just running through some thoughts here, as my measurements are down overall despite this.

after 8 weeks in this, I'd say yes..you can re-bloat! :grumble:
Although in my case, I seem to spend more time in bloat mode than out of it!!0 -

I would say you most likely spiked your sodium intake and/or carb intake during that time. This can cause pretty large jumps in water retention. Just get back on clean and it will come off fairly fast.0 -
