Week 1 stats and success!

Well, I have to say this first week was great! I was never hungry, my energy level in the gym was through the roof! I was able to push out higher reps and weights in just about every exercise. I ran my fastest 3 mile run yet, and beat my old 1 mile pace! Oh yeah, and the scale moved in the right direction for the first time in months! Unfortunately I was running late this morning and did not get to take measurements, but that will be added on tomorrow.

I know one week is way to sudden to judge anything, but I am liking this so far!

Forgot to mention, I work a second job as a bartender and this weekend is one of our busier weekends. That's why my TDEE is so much higher than normal (and unfortunately my vodka intake!) I ran my butt off this weekend!
