Yeah!!! I think I've figured out why I'm not losing

Today is day 23 on my weight loss / get healthy journey. I have only lost 3 lbs (and that was on day 2). I do 30 DS everyday and eat around 1400 calories. Based on some feedback from another post I did this morning I'm not eating enough. I really do think that's why I haven't been losing and why I really have no energy. I am so glad someone on my other post told me about this group. I just hope I don't start eating more calories and start gaining. I know I have to eat healthy, as I already do that. Based on fitnessfrog.com my TDEE is 2313 -15% = 1966 rounded down = 1900. I sure hope this is correct. I can't imagine eating that many calories. I will gradually work up to somewhere around 1800 or so.
