Not sure if this has ever been posted before. I LOVED watching this video especially now that I am trying not to log and trying to be consistant with listening to my stomach now that I know (from months of logging) how much I should have of macros, etc... If I'm hungry I am eating. :) I dont want to count and log all my life.

ETA: Not saying buy this program or whatever it is, (I'm certainly not) just saying try to watch the video it makes so much sense. I am also currnetly reading the book "Eat More to Weigh Less" and its the same concept.
