E Z Spinach-Hollymade


- med/large skillet
- 1 bag frozen spinach (drained) Fresh greens are best if available
- olive oil
- kosher salt
- lemon pepper
- adobo (optional)*
- 1-2 tbl sp tomatoe sauce (I use Prego Traditional Optional)*
- parmesan cheese
- 1/4 lemon

Drizzle pan with a generous amount of olive oil
place drained spinach in pan then, drizzle more olive oil over the greens you may need to turn the heat up for a moment
season with the spices salt, lemon pep.,adobo
allow to cook through: frozen 10 min. / fresh cooks a lot faster
add a few spoons of the tom. sauce
turn the heat off sprinkle parm cheese to your liking

don't forget the lemon this adds a bright finish to the dish
drizzle a little olive oil to finish
garnish with a lemon wedge to add more sunshine at the table
