15 SQUATS in between each set!!!!


SO thats a total of 180 WALKING LUNGES and 90 squats!!!!!!

Tip: you may split this up.. HOWEVER... for best results do it all at once!!!!

WHY LUNGES: What makes the BOOTAY LOOK more round and juicy is slimmer lean thighs..Lunges will have your thighs leaner !!!TOUCH the top back part of your thigh.. now grab it..most likely there is some excess fat right under your butt cheek.. we need that GONE!!!!! imagine it gone.. wouldn't your butt look more DUMB?????
