My hubby has hidden my scale for me like I asked him to, therefore no weigh in for me this week. I will post numbers next week

Last Week i weighed 181lbs, this week i weigh 179.6lbs, so a loss of 1.4lbs!! Im really happy with that considering im eating more calories now than i ever have trying to lose weight!!0

I'm struggling. I think I have to make myself a schedule and stick to it! Otherwise its too easy for me to eat whatever, skip meals (because I forget to eat until I'm starving), skip working out, or rushing through my workout because I run out of time!
weight - same - 169
measurements - same except lost 1 more inch on my butt! Yay!

I will post next Monday..last week i was injured so i couldnt work out and i ate pretty bad, working super hard this week though0

I have to try plan my week out on Sunday including all my meals etc... and I plan everything!
That way, I don't have anything else in the house that I can eat.
In the last week of my semester of uni atm though so it's been hard to even get away from my assignments to workout. Feel guilty when I'd rather be working out!!
No scales for me. I'm not touching them for another month! But I'll keep swinging by to make sure I'm committing myself!0 -
I'm feeling good this week. I've started P90X and I'm riding the recumbant bike at the gym. Sore and tired; but, I feel accomplished!0

Well, Hubby did hide the scale like I asked him to, however he once again didnt do the greatest job. I seen it on top of the freezer putting groceries away last night. LOL. So of course I caved and grabbed it this morning. Results were good though!!
I have lost another 3 inches this week!!! As well as down one more pound!!!
Sooo grand totals for me are:
5lbs lost in three weeks!!!!
7.5 inches lost in three weeks!!!!
Cant complain about that!!!

I need to make my husband hide the scale again....and hide it much better this time! LOL
I have weighed myself at least twice a day since I found it! Its such a bad thing to do!! Weight goes from 146 to 148, then back to 146, then 147.....
