Small Ok HUGE panic! :-@

Ok I'm having a panic! I know I'm going at this wrong ...
On nonwork out days I'm eating to my cut 1850 which is ok
On workout days I'm eating many of my exercise kcal so often my net kcal = 1850 /my cut too
This is wrong isn't it?
I should not eat my exercise kcal unless my net dips below my BMR which is 1350 right?
But I get sooo hungry.
I am totally happy with a slow loss as I only want to lose 7 lb.
Help!

Hello,
First, take a deep breath
Second, if you have your TDEE cut target set, just eat that everyday regardless if you are working out. Now if you do an extra hard burn day, and your TDEE cut minus the workout dips below your BMR, then eat back those to NET at least your BMR.

Having a bit of a crazy diet moment!
Your right... Have taken deep breathe n now will just start over tomorrow at cut and lock the crazy diet lady away again! Lol!

I think there are a lot of us that suffer from calorie OCD........I'd be the first to put up my hand.......deep breath in........and out0
