World No Tobacco Day...

Hi All,

While I'm not new to using MFP, I am new to using the site and the forums. My name is Libby, and I quit smoking today, World No Tobacco Day! Yay me!

I'm worried about cravings - not just for the ciggies but for food to replace the ciggies.

Does anyone have any tips on how I can manage both food and nicotine cravings?
