I have a left over pasta meal with turkey meat balls that I'm going to finish up today.........Then, it's back on "The 17 Day Diet" by Dr Mike Moreno. Been goofing off long enough. I get creative with it so I feel satisfied. Instead of just a plain old salad, one way I dress it up is to make it a lettuce taco salad with taco spiced ground turkey, low-fat shredded cheese, diced onions and top with salsa and low fat sour cream. It's yummy. Also get my "good" carbs from fruit, veggies and whole grain. Eating low sugar fruits to ween myself off sugar again. I have a tendency to be drawn toward 'bad' carbs and sugary stuff and this eating plan, in the past, had helped me eat healthy and get past the cravings for the carbs and sugars that keep me from losing the weight. I need this 'jump start' before going on to cycle 2-3 &4 of the plan. Hopefully I'll soon be able to post some more LB's lost. Hangin' in there, Sandy:happy:

Turkey taco salad is one of my regular meals. Your eating plan sounds a lot like South Beach, very healthy. Keep us informed please.0
