I posted this on my own wall, but for those of you I'm not connected to I'm sharing here.
This article yesterday stopped me in my tracks. 3 out of every 4 adults overweight or obese by 2020. It is what motivated me to hit the gym last night when I did not want to, in fact. This really lays it all out for us (no matter what country you reside in). We can read stats and 'scare tactic' articles all day long. This also made me feel we're in way too deep.
