Hey guys. Joined this group recently and I'm in sore need of some friends who don't have a whole lot to lose either. I feel kinda bad looking at the people with 30+ pounds to lose and I'm only looking to shed around 10lbs, if that. I'm really just looking to have a healthier lifestyle, so it would be nice to know some like minded souls.
Also, I'd love to know what sort of eating & workout regime some of you are doing to lower/maintain weight. Thanks
