level of activity question

on the scooby workshop I put down moderate exersize 3 days a week /5 hours per week. I actually exersize 5 days a week for 30 minuets each. so do I need to step up my calories because I am more active or is my 1,726 to stick with. I lost 4 pounds already been at this for 2 days today is my 3rd day.

If you are doing 5 days a week, I would put yourself as moderate and base the calories off that.

The scooby site goes by hours, since are exercising for 2 1/2 hours per week I would leave it where you have it set to right now since you are losing there.0
