Does anyone have any favorites they'd be willing to share?

A few of my go-to videos off of youtube are:

Detox Flow by Clara Roberts Oss - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iskyDKzaq2k
Hipster Flow by Sadie Nardini - https://www.youtube.com/embed/videoseries?list=PLBF28D41570FAC314

Actually, ANYTHING by Sadie Nardini is amazing. she's an awesome teacher.

I'm always looking for new videos and classes to try, so if y'all have any you love, please share! I'd love to see them.

I'll have to check out those youtube vids - ty.

I've not found any yoga videos yet that I really love (though I haven't looked much lately). I'll share what I have - but they're probably older videos (except the last one).

    I have:

Rodney Yee AM Yoga for your week (Gaiam)- 5 20 min sequences, each focusing on a specific area (ie, hip openers).
    * I find the sequences too short and the asanas too rushed. But, I like the sequences. People seem to love Yee, so I'm thinking of trying one of his longer dvds.

Yoga for Beginners with Patricia Walden (Gaiam) About an hour full practice.
    * I did like this one, but now I feel I've outgrown it. Very good for true beginners to yoga or injured yogis.

Stress Relief Yoga (Gaiam) with Suzanne Deason - 20 minute gentle practice
    * Haven't tried this one yet. Bought it for an easy practice for TOM or when I'm just feeling run down.

Power Yoga for Runners with Thom BIrch (Astanga Yoga Institute) - 30 minutes.
    * From my fit, running days. I remember it being a nice intermediate video. Have to try it again now that I'm healthy and see how it goes.

Yoga Zone - set with 3, 20 minute practices per dvd.
*Bought these a long time ago. It is from the PBS series (i believe). Nice short practices...although I usually did all three on the dvd at once. Again, feel like I've outgrown these and rarely use them anymore.

The Beginner's Guide to Yoga with Shiva Rea (Sounds True) - This one is actually a CD. I think it is about 60 minutes with the combination of tracks I use.
    * I use this one a lot, still. I'm thinking, at this point, I might prefer CDs. I have it on my ipod. Like the music. It is has sun salutes A&B plus a variety of hip, spine, and shoulder poses after.

Yoga Journal 21 day challenge (Yoga Journal) - Just got this one. It is a series of 4 discs with a plan.
*The idea is to get you out of any rut you may be in and deepen your practice over 3 weeks. I've watched and practiced the first few, but haven't really started "the plan" I'm thinking I will once we get back from travel this month. The back cover says: "From challenging strength-building flow classes to calming evening restorative yoga sequences, this program will safely deepen your practice, making you a stronger, more balanced practitioner."

So, I finally tried the "hipster flow" by Sadie Nardini. I loved it - great suggestion! I will definitely look at her other practices.

Anyone else have some suggestions for yoga videos/cds?

My favorite yoga videos are actually video podcasts by Tara Stiles called Yoga & Other Useful Stuff. Tara also has youtube videos

    DVD's

Yoga Shakti (shiva rea, love her voice, difficult but you do what you can)

Insight Yoga (sarah powers, yin yoga, slow but effective)

These are oldies but goodies. I'm out of date and will look at the ones posted here. THANKS!

I tried the detox flow recommended at the beginning of this conversation. I used it as my cool down stretch after exercising and loved it. Really nice flow. Only shavasana could have lasted longer, otherwise it's a nice concise half hour. Great! thanks so so soooo much for posting it! : )
