leg exercises that DON'T work the inner thigh?

Hi everyone,
I've been lurking here for almost a month and haven't introduced myself!
I'm 5'6'' and have been eating 2000 cals a day for almost a month now. Same time I started Chalean Extreme.
Last fall I hurt my adductor (inner thigh/groin strain, very deep in my case). I got better by sticking to yoga and resting. Then for the last 6 weeks I was doing great. Even doing sumo squats no problem.
Then on tuesday I realized that place hurt again. It wasn't like I DID something and felt it. I just went to left my hips while on the floor and felt it. Uh-oh. SO I skipped the hip lifts - workout was over anyway.
Then today I did my Chalean Burn 2 workout and when it came time for sumo's... I did a few, then felt that pain and stopped. I did a few without weights and was okay for a minute but then felt it again.
I think I need to sub in other leg exercises for a while. Lunges pull a little at that spot, too, so I need to limit those. I know I can do squats, but if anyone has other ideas? Mainly wanna work my butt! I just worry squats don't do enough. I never seem to feel them deeply anymore. And I can only raise the weight so much since I'm doing a compound arm exercise. Although I think this changes to isolated exercises next month, in which case I can pile on weight!
Any help appreciated. I'm struggling with depression enough as it is and really don't want to stop and rest altogether. I cried when I felt the pain again - afraid I'd have to sideline myself again. I really don't want to do that.

For me, nearly all leg exercises work my inner thigh. I recommend resting and healing since if you try to do exercises and compensate for the sore muscles you may end up injuring other muscles as well.0
