What's your favorite current meal/menu?

What's everybody eating these days? I made something yummy the other day and am making it again today, keep thinking about it!
I made a sugar free marinade for my beef jerky (pretty basic, equal parts Worcestershire and Soy Sauce, a little Splenda, fresh ground coarse black pepper, granulated garlic, granulated onion, Siracha, red pepper flakes, ground ginger). I put some of it in the dehydrator, but for dinner I decided to sear some up.
I added a little oil to a medium-high pan, seared the steak quickly on each side (and made sure there was a good bit of the mardinade in there too). After the steak cooked quickly, I boiled the marinade for a minute and then added a teaspoon or two of both sour cream and cream cheese to make a really yummy sauce.
Tonight I'm making it again with some sirloin I threw in the marinade. Potatoes on the side for my mom, green beans for me. And maybe another savory MIM!

Yum! We had some ham in the fridge so I've been having that in my scrambled eggs, but bacon definitely trumps ham for me!0 -
I revved up the smoker and did a Pork Butt with a seasoned rub that made the sexiest crust. I brought extra with me to share with my co-workers... had raving reviews (Thank goodness! LOL! I get a little nervous when people try my 'stuff')0
