progress: survived the hike (4 miles uphill, 5.9 miles down)! did OK on vacation, got some exercise in and shared most meals with my boyfriend. definitely drank a lot though. back and feeling good!0

I just joined this group. So since it's already the 22nd of June, my goal is to lose 2 pounds by the end of June (which is only next week! Eek! That's motivating when you think of it that way!).
My goal this week, is to work weights into my routine. I've been doing mostly cardio for the last 50 days, so I think it's time.0 -
I not only met my goal, but I also lost an extra pound. So I've lost a total of 3 pounds this last week with just working in my resistance band and weights! YAY! Feel very motivated to get into the 140's now. I'm at an even 151.0
