    I just saw the new challenge and wanted to jump in. I've just recently got back on the band wagon (April 25th) and into my Leslie DVD's so I'm setting my goal for 60 miles for the month of June.

    Here's my totals so far

    Friday 6/1 = 3 miles
    Saturday 6/2 = 4 miles

    Goal: 60 Miles
    Left: 53

    (feels so good to sweat, sweat, sweat!)

    WELCOME :flowerforyou: new walkers! Awesome group!

    Today I did 5M Walk it off and Tone it up - always a good one!

    GOAL - 60 MILES
    So Far - 12 Miles
    TO GO - 48 Miles

    Tomorrow I do water aerobics and in a effort to shake things up going to do some Jillian Michael's. See you back here on Wednesday when I walk with Leslie again!

    Did Leslie's 5 Really Big Miles Today :)

    June Goal: 50 Miles
    6/3/12: 5 Miles
    To Go: 41 Miles

    Takes me 90 minutes start to finish. That's with 2 one minute breaks in between to change shoes (my arches get achey....I think I need to do something about that)

    did a little C25k today on the treadmill along with an extra 15 mins..watching HGTV love that channel

    Can I join you guys again It's good to see so many still here. The last couple of months I've been working on my own because of time. But i think it helps if you have to report to someone. So I'm back. last month I completed 80 miles. I think I'm going to try it again for june.

    Goal - 80
    as of 6/5 - 15
    to go - 65

    With the first 3 on Sunday, 5 Really big miles on Monday and 3 (Fat burn walk) I did just this morning I'm down to 49 miles.
    This time I will do all miles.

    Guys, I have a knee injury that causing me great pain so I'm going to stop exercising until I go to the doctor next week. I am so bummed about it. :sad:

    I am in the same boat as Tidy. I twisted my ankle when I did the 5 mile a few days ago. ouch! Not bad, just enough to really hurt. Just letting you know I didn't fall off the wagon!!!! lol

    I am a new member to MFP ..taking up the chanllenge for June. I am using Leslie Sansone DVDs for past couple of weeks and fit was great walking at home...

    Goal : 60 miles
    so far : 5 miles
    55 miles to go .

    Hi! Welcome!

    Before I had a heart rate monitor - I used "Walking 3.5 MPH Brisk pace" or Walking 4 MPH Very brisk pace.

    Yesterday was not a good day for me personally but did one of my favorite DVD's after water aerobics. Walk your Belly flat - 3 miler. Wish my belly was flat but alas, not quite there yet and have heard it's the last to go!

    GOAL - 60 Miles
    SO FAR - 15 Miles
    TO GO - 45 Miles
