Do we want to do another one in July????????? I'll get it started. I will probably have a smaller goal, I am losing pounds but not inches, so may try some 30 DS or Turbo Jam in July.

it's a little harder then i thought it would be those 20 minutes of Jillian kicks my butt I barely made my 60 mile challenge i have to bang out my last 5 miles tonight on level 2 of shred now0 -

I am going to come up short 4.5 miles this month - sometimes you just gotta let it go and not sweat the small stuff right?

I am planning to walk with Leslie in July but want to focus more on some strength.

I didn't make it;0! But I think having a goal means I got more in than I would have otherwise.
I was alternating with 30 day shred ....0 -
so i didnt come close to getting 60 but i got 40 miles in! June was so busy...havent lost any weight but at least i am maintaining...really wanted to get back to my all time low but these 5lbs are sticking on me with all these summer picnics sabotaging me ...hope every one had a great month0
