1st Fit Test Results

I thought I would be the first one to put some # up - remember this isn't how good you are or better - this will be your own personal baseline of how you are doing as an individual.

Switch Kicks - 57
Power Jacks - 60
Power Knees - 77
Power Jumps - 34
Globe Jumps - 12
Suicide Jumps - 24
Push up Jacks - 21
Low Plank Oblique - 46

I went out strong and then got slower towards the end! Good luck everyone

    My fit test results (from Monday- currently about to do Pure cardio, day 5)


    Day 1 fit test-
    1. switch kicks- 112 (56 each side)
    2. power jacks- 51
    3. power knees- 96
    4. power jumps- 28
    5. globe jumps- 8
    6. suicide jumps- 17
    7. push up jacks- 18
    8. lower plank oblique- 22 each side

    My arms are not nearly as strong as the rest of me so I hope to see all these numbers improve, expecially those arms. Also- just 5 days in with shakeology and insanity and I've lost a little over a pound and I'm feeling great :) DIG DEEP!
