Breakfast time

So a while ago, I posted about what to have for breakfast. For pretty much the past 10 years I have had some variation of yogurt and fruit for breakfast. After some notes here about dairy and synthroid reactions, I switched to smoothies with protein powder for a few weeks.
I tend to not like savory breakfast. And I don't buy bread too often (I don't really like sandwiches. I did avocado toast, english muffins with peanut butter. And I got hungry fast. No matter how much fiber I plugged in or how many calories I had.
And it is summer. I really like berries + yogurt. So for the past 2 weeks I switched back to yogurt + fruit + granola. I am only eating 4-5 ounces of yogurt, so it isn't much calcium. So far so good, I have been feeling pretty good. I am do to take labs any day now. (This year has ben rough for me. After feeling good, and having god labs for almost a year, things went downhill at the end of last year, and I have been trying to get back to normal since December. Finally it is getting closer to normal.

Good for you! Hope your tests come out good too.
I take my synthroid when I get up during the night... midnight or so... when no dairy is involved. Worked great for me! :happy:0 -
I wish I could try that. But if I don't stop drinking liquids 2 hours before bed, I will wake up 4 times to go. So it wouldn't work for me. I tend to eat late as well.0
