My schedule got rearranged today and exercise was going to be tough to fit in, but I was so excited about starting this challenge that I got up an hour early and did a kickboxing video just in case there was no other time.

It's sad to say that I almost didn't even workout the first day. But I knew if I dig deep I would feel better about my self. So I did 30 min yoga for abs. It worked like a charm. I am feeling much better about myself!0

I agree; having this challenge to keep up with has already helped me to exercise a bit more than I would have otherwise! I did a 30 minute exercise video today, but figured 30 minutes wasn't really enough, so zipped outside afterward for a 45 minute walk!0
