Had a excellent day at the gym today. 5 miles in 20 minutes on the bike and strength training for 80 minutes. Woo hoo!! Feeling the burn
My schedule got rearranged today and exercise was going to be tough to fit in, but I was so excited about starting this challenge that I got up an hour early and did a kickboxing video just in case there was no other time.
I have exercised 2hours and 20 minutes already. So I guess that is-280 minutes--yeah!!!!!
Just finished my first video and I burnt 163 cals according to my fitbit timer/tracker. Is it just me or the calorie counts for exercises on MFP grossly over exstimated? I'm going to track all my exercises myself rather than guess them now O: The videos by the way are great, I hope they get more challenging as the levels…
Ok so I did a Power pump class this morning and I was knackered. Went to do some shopping and got some really nice fresh fish for tonight. Got home unpacked and guess what! I only left the fish in the trolly! - Insert 5 minutes of swearing,stomping,slamming cupboards and crying- (I cry when I get really mad) So to avoid…
Can we include walking in this? or just time we actually set aside for exercising. I spend approx 40 mins a day walking to and from work. Thanks
My plan is to walk for 1 hour a day hopefully getting in 2 miles at least and hitting (along with 1440 workout mins in June) to walk/run 50 miles by the end of June! :) This is a challenge I can wrap my head around! :) 1 Hr a day 2 miles an Hr (literally 2 miles in a hour lol)
