New Rules of Lifting for Women Question

Those who are doing this, are you doing your daily calories as suggested in the book? Where you eat a little less on no workout days and a little more on workout days? Or are you just doing TDEE -15%? I'm thinking I should follow the book but the BMR calculation they use is really low 1317 versus my actual of 1478. I think I will use my actual BMR and put into their formula to get my two calorie intakes.
Thoughts?
Thanks!

I would personally use TDEE - 15% or just TDEE for the first few months.0

I would use your the numbers you calculate. His are not as exact. I found that if you are on the age cusp or if your BMI is 25, it either under or over estimates0

I used NROL4W calculations for the first 4 months of NROL4W. For the month of May, I did TDEE-15% (because I've plateaud, already, in my weight loss on NROL4W).
For the month of June, I think I'll do TDEE-20%.0
