Hunger

I am using the Body by Vi program. Granted, this is my first week and I know things will get easier the farther I go on the program, but I was wondering, how do you handle the hunger urges inbetween shakes? I have been trying to eat a protein such as cheese. It is hard to keep fruit in our house because my children eat it and I would rather sacrifice it to them to keep them eating healthy. I have a long way to go on the program but I am determined to do my best..
