My name is Suzanne.I am going on 49 in June this month.I have 7 children from ages 27 to age 9.I will be starting Jillians Body Revolution on Monday.I did do the first phase and then went to my sons wedding and never came back to finish the program.I do really want to finish it this time.I do like Body Revolution very much.My little ones will be home from school for summer break in a few weeks.So I do not know how much of these workouts I can get in.But I will try my best to do most of this and finish this Body Revolution.I will be posting in the week 1/week 2 and phases too.It's nice to meet everyone.I know I will need all the motivation I can get to finish this.I know I will be so proud of myself for finishing this Body Revolution and look and feel great.I can do this :happy:

Ok.I started today instead of starting tommorrow.I did Day 1/week 1 phase 1 of Jilian Michaels Body Revolution.So I'm back on the map.I really want to finish the whole program and all phases this time.Get in as many workouts I can :happy:0

Ok,I did Day 2 week 1/ workout 2 Phase 1 today of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution.I just need to keep going now.Consistency is the key.I can do it and finish this0

Ok I did day 3 week 1/ Cardio 1 Phase 1.I did like this cardio.I hated the running man because I just don't like those moves.I know most people hate the suicides.Call me crazy but I love the suicides.I really enjoyed my workout today.I can finish this program.I just have to keep going :happy:0

Ok,I did Day 5 week 1 Phase 1/workout 2 today of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution.I feel good and it feels good to keep going with these workouts.I can do it and I can fisnish this program :happy:0

ok I did Day 11 Phase 1/week 2/workout 2 of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution today.I was a little tired today.I did not sleep as well last night.But it feels good to have got my workout in anyway.I can do it :happy:0

Ok,I finished Day 12 Phase 1/week 2 Workout 1 of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution.This is my last time of doing workout 1 in Phase 1.But as she says many more great workouts to come.I can do it.I can and will finish this program :happy:0

Ok,This was the last day of workout 2 in Phase 1.I will be moving on to week 3 and 4 on Monday,As Jillian says many more great workouts to come.we can do it :happy: Happy Happy Friday and weekends everyone.0

I've actually done workout 3 and 4 before and never went on to phase 2.I just started the whole program over again.I really like workout 3 and 4.It's harder.But I like that.I like the music better in it too.0

Ok.Im starting week 3.I did Day 16 week 3/workout 3/phase 1 of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution.I do really like this workout.I like the music alot too.Music always motivates me to workout.I feel great :happy:0

Thank You so much for motivating me.I really need it.You are so nice..I did Day 20 week 3/workout 3 phase 1 of Jillian Michaels Body Revolution.I'm sore especially my arms.I had to push my cart to the store in the heat to get food yesterday.The heat really took alot out of me yesterday.I drank alot of water so I'm ok.So I consider that my cardio yesterday.So it feels good to be keeping up with this program :happy:0
