So I am doing NROLFW, and I am on the last three workouts. Yesterday I had to do my three sets of 8. Well I had been gradually getting to the floor for my pushups, and yesterday I DID IT!!! Three sets of 8 right on the floor!!!

Awesome! Can't wait to be there! I did 3 sets of 10 today at 30° or so. I was thrilled to be able to do them all! I can't believe im getting so much stronger this quickly!0

It is a weight lifting program that incorporates free weights. You slowly increase your strength by increasing your weights and decreasing your reps.
I am able to do it at home because my husband has a lot of the equipment needed for the program.0 -

I used to hate push-ups with a passion.
But since I can do them properly I love them
I am not doing the programme you do, but with every workout I am incorporating either normal push-ups or tricep-pus-ups (these are a killer and I still have a lot of work to do to master them as well as the normal ones
It makes it so much more fun, the stronger you get0
