Circuit City, This Weekend and Monday

Great Circuit Training on Friday! Try not to kill all of your hard work over the weekend by eating poorly, and remember to get in at least 30 minutes of exercise or activity on Saturday and/or Sunday. It's been a while since I've reminded you to drink at least half of your body weight in ounces in water, so please do so daily. Also, it seems that nearly everyone is slacking off on entering your food in your diaries. I also know that the weight loss for our group has slowed and in some cases has reversed for some. Coincidence? This is a lifestyle - let's live it...
Anyway, I will keep my end of the bargain so get ready for a great workout on Monday. Please bring your dumbbells, jump ropes and your motivation!
