Supersize vs. Superskinny

I'm not superskinny but I feel like one of the people on that show trying to shove all this food in my mouth. I set up my food for the whole day, ahead of time, so it will all even out and then I work on trying to get it eaten, and I inevitably have too much food left and not enough day. I'm on day 6 and this is getting harder. I felt so stuffed this morning that I didn't want to eat anything all day, but I had a protein shake, took my daughter to work and had some cereal when I got home, had a snack a little while later, made sure I had my lunch before I went to mow and then boom, I burned 999 calories, but I think I'm still over my BMR, so I'm not adding to my food. I don't think I could even if I wanted to. Wish me luck, I'll need it to get this food down, as yummy as it looks. :noway:

I know how you feel!! Try cooking in butter,or adding coconut oil to your protein shake! Those are added calories without bulk of the food!

The best advice I can give you is one stop eating low fat foods and two cut down on the amount of workouts that are causing you to burn 999 calories at a time. Try to find a TDEE that takes your activity into account so if you are using lightly active use moderate. When you eat full fat foods, add olive or coconut oil to your foods then like the previous post states you add calories and good stuff with out adding bulk.

Thanks for the tips, could you check my diary and give me more specific tips on the low fat foods to avoid? Plus, I'm not sure what works for getting that 40/30/30 ratio working awesomely. And, hopefully those 999 calorie burns will end with that one. I have a 3 acre lawn and our riding lawn mower broke and my husband has been out of town, but he comes home tomorrow and the plan is for that rider to get fixed or maybe get a new one. That was only about a 1/3 of the lawn. I've been doing it in parts since I figured I needed to reduce my cardio. He's been gone for 7 weeks, can't wait to see him again!

I had a look at your diary if you don't mind and I think it looks great :)
You just had some fat free yoghurt on it really. Try to switch it to full fat versions, that's all I could see.
And as pp said, add some oil here or there. I put some grated coconut to my cereal-that helps to hit the numbers.

I am sure you are happy to see your Dh after that long time ;)
