Daily TDEE all over the place

My average TDEE via BMF is a little over 3000, so I eat 2500. My issue is my dailies are everywhere. Friday was my day off and I did 2600. Yesterday I burned 3700. So one day I ate my full TDEE. The next day I had a 1200 calorie deficit. Is that ok? Does it even out at the end of the week? :flowerforyou:

    I'm not professional, but I think Mod have been talking about consistent without a big deficit so that way our body can get used to food it needs properly in order to do the cut later on. but the cut has to be small cut like 15-20% cut. I may be wrong, but that is what I've been hearing and that is what I'm doing right now after long time of dieting :(

    Personally, I think I would just average your daily TDEEs and take 15% off.
