Macros and reset

I am trying really hard to hit my macros, and I am not far off. But with the full fat products I tend to go higher on the fat.
Anyone else having this problem?
I am ok with carbs though

Jip, me too!! My fat macros tend to be over some days too. Peanut butter, avocado and eggs on the same day especially.
But Ive heard that on weight lifting days one should eat up on carbs and the rest day following that to eat up on fats....
So...dont know if this is true?0 -
I don't do full fat milk or yogurts, but the rest...yum.
I haven't heard that about fats on no workout days...will have to look into that. Yes on carbs to fuel workouts.
Going over a little in healthy fats I don't stress, but try building your menu in the morning so you can tweak then.

Mine is always over b/c I eat a whole lot of nuts for snacks...I use skim or 1% milk though so I guess that helps out but my fat is usually over too...I assume since it is healthy fats that this is okay??0

Yes I totally find this! Especially since I also swapped to full fat dairy & this combined with nuts, whole eggs, avocado & oily fish it is always high.
Not overly worried about it, just keeping an eye on my stats.
I have read some people have their fats at 40 or even 50% as you need to eat fat to lose fat. I've had mine at 40% for 2 weeks now & my bf scales showed a drop in bf. My measurements at my navel have gone down 1.5" in 2 wks!
I do however struggle with carbs and protein, as I don't eat meat or poultry this tends to send my carbs up & my protein lower, still trying to nail them.
I have also read higher fats on non-workout days.
I think if your mainly eating good fats & your eating at your cut/tdee it doesn't matter.0 -
